Can I ship a package right now?
This website is a preview: you can save a shipment draft, but cannot purchase shipping online yet. Salt Lake City shipping is not open while we await GOFO collection. Please wait for our opening announcement before bringing parcels.
What details do I need to get started?
Each packed parcel must weigh 20 lb or less. If you know the packed weight and outside dimensions, enter them along with your ZIP codes. Full sender and recipient details will be needed to pay online and generate a label at launch. If you need help, choose station weighing and measuring; you can pay at the station after reviewing the price.
How much will shipping cost?
The price depends on the packed weight, outside dimensions, route and available service. With your measurements ready, you’ll review the price and pay online. If we weigh and measure for you, you’ll review the price and pay at the station. This preview does not quote a price or collect payment.
Can I show my phone instead of printing at home?
Yes, that’s planned for launch. After paying online and generating your label, show its QR code at the station and we’ll print that label for you. Or print and attach it at home, then simply drop off your package. Current draft codes are previews, not paid shipping labels, and cannot be used for station printing.
Will I get a drop-off receipt?
Yes. After staff physically receives your parcel, ShipThisWay will issue a receipt recording the station, receiving time and package details. GOFO acceptance is recorded as a separate event. This preview cannot issue a real receipt.
Do I bring my package to the station?
Yes. Our first service is built around customer drop-off at one ShipThisWay station. We consolidate parcels there for GOFO collection. Home and business pickups are not part of this first phase. See our Salt Lake City station address and check the hours and collection cutoff before planning a visit.
Can I use ShipThisWay for my business?
Yes, we’re designing ShipThisWay for both individual senders and businesses. Both will bring their parcels to the station. Business accounts, shipment history and billing tools are planned; available services will be confirmed before opening.
What if a package needs extra attention?
Our planned customer workspace will bring shipment tracking and support requests together. Cancellation, return and claim options will depend on the booked service and its terms.
